Even Faster Work Order Management in Monitoringbook PRO – Smart Work Order Integration Is Here

Thanks to the latest development in Monitoringbook PRO, a direct API connection with the Smart Work Order system (www.okosmunkalap.hu) is now available. The goal of the integration is simple: to enable dispatchers to initiate service tasks faster and with as little administration as possible.

One Click and the Work Order Is Already Underway

When a remote monitoring fault event requires action, dispatchers no longer need to re-enter the same information in a separate system. An Smart work order can now be created directly from Monitoringbook PRO with a single click.

The system automatically transfers the most important information from the MOHAnet system, including:

• the customer’s name,
• the installation address,
• the remote monitoring ID,
• the name and phone number of the contact person to be notified.

Of course, these details can be modified when creating the work order, and a different contact person can also be specified if the fault is reported by someone other than the person listed in the customer’s master data.

The dispatcher can enter details of the reported fault in a notes field, ensuring that all relevant information is immediately available to the service team.

Automated Processes, Less Administration

The API integration provides a range of convenient features:

• creation of service work orders directly from an incident work order or customer record,
• automatic work order number generation,
• work order status changes are immediately displayed in Monitoringbook PRO,
• support for custom fields, such as customer numbers and remote monitoring signal IDs.

Once the service work order has been successfully created, Monitoringbook PRO confirms its creation and displays the generated work order number. The entire process is automatically recorded in the event log, making every step fully traceable. A direct link can also be opened to the corresponding work order created in Smart Work Order.
